Your trauma healing within this 1:1 Coaching is going to be the most important work that you will do in you entire life!

This work changes how you think, how you breathe and how you are BEING in this world!

I chose to approach this as coaching rather than therapy, because coaching is an empowering approach that leads you deeper into your essence. My job is not to stabilize you but for you to achieve greatness in all aspects.

This 1:1 coaching is a high level container for people who are self-directed and know exactly what they want and get it. This is not a place for absolute beginners with zero knowledge of somatics or trauma healing.

It is ok to be anxious, but if you are still struggling with crippling anxiety, I would rather refer you to one of my trauma healers.

My areas of expertise are trauma healing, multidimensional healing, past life work, part work, inner child healing, somatic therapy, EFT, EMDR, Hypnosis, Fascial Maneuvers, Bodywork and Business Building.

I thrive most working with people building their businesses and noticing how their trauma impacts their business and healing that.

Techniques, Hypnoses, Identity Work, Archetype Work, Shadow Work, Regression Work, Emotional Mastery Techniques, energetic & multidimensional work and my own Trauma Healing Techniques.

Not only is a Trauma Healer a mixture of a psychotherapist, a coach, a healer and a mentor.
I also train leaders to become trigger free and unfuckwithable in their business.

Should you be located in Dubai, I also offer 1:1 Live Sessions either with Body Work or without.

This is how your 1:1 coaching works

We will find a time to have an initial call where we get to know each other and talk about your topics.

Should you opt for a 1:1 coaching, I will send you the contract and your invoice/paypal or credit card link to pay using the agreed amount pay in full or in a payment plan option.

You will then receive access to your 1:1 portal, where you will find important resources and courses pertaining to nervous system work, trauma and developmental trauma, regulation and so on. You will gain access to your pre-workbook that you should study before our first session.

We will have our calls every other week so that you have enough integration time between our sessions. Our sessions are between 90 and 120 minutes long.

In between the sessions, you can opt for daily telegram or WhatsApp support where you can contact me and do trauma healing on the go basically. This is where most feelings and trauma gets dissolved and this is the short-cut to your development. I am with you every step of your current path.
